badges..we don't need no stinking badges!

My Coupe Q has no words on the back, just the four rings,,,,which is the way
i like it.  I believe the V8s and first S4s were the first to wear no badges
back in 1989.  
         so far I've owned 3 Coupe GTs, and on the last two (85 & 87), i've
taken the rear lettering off and replaced it with a simple four ring badge in
the middle. But of course, if someone is wondering what kind of car mine was
they could just look at the license plate..."AUDI GT"
