Last thing I heard about the 30v V6 was that Audi is having some major
reliability problems with it and that if it doesn't make it here for
'97, it may not come to the States at all.

Got that info from an Audi salesman who's been *extremely* helpful and
whom I know quite well. YMMV anyway.
