Due to circumstances that I won't repeat to avoid embarassing myself, my
'92 100CSQ has a foot long scratch in the black plastic part of the bumper
and about an inch on the body colored platic panel right behind the rear
wheel.

Does anyone have any experience repairing something like that?

I'm hoping it can be repaired by sanding down and filling with some new
black plastic.
