Still having cold start problems with '92 100CSQ

I took my 100CSQ to my mechanic (Bellevue Motor Sports) to look at my cold
start problem, and although it is improved, there are some problems with a
cold start (needs to crank a lot, needs a lot of gas, runs fine and tends
to lose power for a bit and then go back up again). It runs well after a
minute or so.

This is what was done at the shop:

- New spark plugs (old one's were somewhat grungy).

- New fuel filter.

- Made sure all the groud straps to the engine were tight.

- New temperature sensor (old one was off by a bit - about 200 ohms
according to mechanic).

The shop said they could spend hours tracing down the problem, and they
fixed what was likely causing the problem. And it was definitely starting
better after they worked on it, but its still not starting as well as it
did when I bought in April. I was charged an hour labor plus parts for the
three days it was at the shop. The problem with diagnosing a cold start
problem is that the engine needs to be cold to test things.

Another possibilty they thought might be causing the problem is with the
injectors. They recommended a fuel additive called Jetron that they
thought might help clear any clogged injectors. I have it in the tank now,
and don't see any improvement yet.

Any other ideas on what could be causing the problem? (In the past people
have suggested it was the cold start valve, but the mechanic said my car
doesn't have one.)

TIA
