There are several mail-order dealers that apparently know the existance
of D&W catalogues. You can find many of them in the pages of European Car
magazine. Not only check the Audi/VW dealers, but check with anyone who
does Euro cards (BMW, MB, Porsche). I once called a BMW dealer in search
for the catalog itself. They didn't have it, but the guy wanted to know
what I wanted in the catalog -- he said he can probably get most of the
stuff in it.
