There is only supposed to be one, on the driver's side.  It is about as 
bright as the brake lights, thus there is only one to prevent confusion. 
 Note that in Europe they do not have the cyclops brake light, just the 
ones on the tail.  I think, that in right hand drive countries, the light 
is again on the driver's side, right side.

In other words, you don't really WANT to hook up the other light.
