The 94 probably has the wunnerful 20V 5 cyl Turbo and was loaded,
leather etc.  The 95 has a six cyl normally aspirated job that's
nowhere near as nice, and you're looking at a base price without as
much in the way of options I suppose.  The comperable 95 model is the
S6 wagon, which is about 48K list.  There is no comperable 96 model,
the turbo 5 is no longer US EPA legal since it doesn't meet 1996 EPA
standards.  There might still be one or two 95 S6 wagons to be had
somewhere in the US.
