20v Head on MC engine?

Here's one for the group:

I have a line a 20v head from a 90 q which has some combustion chamber
damage, repairable though.  The price is cheap and the manifold is available
with it.  I realize there will be much more modification needed, but I'm
game.

Soooo, will the 20v head mate up with the MC block and does anyone know the
difference in combustion chamber volume, that is will the compression ratio
be OK without messing with new pistons and such?
