They come from the factory pumped to the max, the dealer
drops the pressure as part of prep.

Yow.  You're over the rated maximum pressure!  Better be careful,
especially here in NJ, where you could sail for days in a pothole
without ever seeing land.

Actually, the GALA works quite well.  You've got to turn it on,
though, by pulling out the knob (bass or treble, I forget) and
switching it on.  You also need to program the amount of effect,
I think it comes preset at minimal effect.  See the radio manual
for the bizarre programming sequence.

BTW, my Delta programs GALA differently than the manual says;
there are actually *two* adjustments, and neither is labelled
TA (or is it TP?) like the manual says.  Anyone figured out
what each adjustment does?
