They have no governor that I know of. When I went in shopping for a
heavy-duty Caprice, they only offered me the SS, or the normal "Sport"
version of the car, but I wasn't interested...I'm sure they are very fast,
plus there are tuners out there that are doing even more to the stock
version! (You really don't need any more than that in the States...)
