4KQ Clutch problem

I have a problem with my clutch releasing on my '87 4KCSQ.  When the pedal
is pushed in there is a delay in the clutch releasing.  I posted this
previously and it was sugested that it could possibly be the slave or
master cylinders.  Both these check out fine.  Another symptom is that the
problem is much worse when the car is loaded down in the rear.  just
returned from a 5k mile trip and the car was packed with the camping gear
and bikes and the clutch would take 10 - 20 seconds before it would
release!  Now with the car empty again it is back to the way it was
previously either releasing or taking ~5 seconds or so to release.  I was
hoping someone may have some thoughts on the problem.  Someone previously
made mention of motor mounts causing shifting problems.  Could this be the
case?
