RE: audi coupe quattro performance packages?

I haven't found any yet. I am on a slow (funds and family limited) hunt
for upgrades to the brakes and suspension on my CQ, engine last.

A recent issue of "european car" had a CQ with a 2.5l stroker kit from a
place in CA. Discourse on the qlist said it was a welded crank, the same
effect could be had by finding a VW EuroVan crank at a junkyard, and
upgrading to 94.5mm pistons. Other than that, rumor has it that there
are Schrick cams (=$$$) available. An ExtrudeHone head job / 3 angle
valve job would probably help, at which point a K&N Filtercharger and
the pre-3.90 build date SS header would prolly help.

Have you considered swapping the motor for a turbo from, say, a '91 200,
or S2/4? Most likely lots-o-work, but would be pretty quick when you're
done.
