Driveline Slop ? -4000q

Greetings;

   As my car in now 10 years old with 126,000 kilometers the 
slop in the drivetrain is very apparent. As the motor mounts
are original I surmise this one factor but after my monthly
under car crawl I noticed a half a turn slop in the driveshaft
as well. Is there a spec on this ? I did a visual check on the
u-joints to check for wear but now I'm worried that the diffs 
are worn. 

BTW - other troubles - impossible shifting during full throttle.
                     - Shifter/engine vibration more apparent.
