Sports Steering Wheel on A4Q?

What, exactly, is the sports steering wheel?  I found my dream A4Q already on
its way from the U.S. dock - Europa Blue w/Titanium leather, 5-speed, NO Bose
(thank you very much), all-weather, sunroof, keyless entry.  

I am pretty sure the model I test-drove had the sports steering wheel, and I
wonder what I'm missing.  What makes a steering wheel sporty?  Does it have a
little vibrating machine like the arcade games?  Is it "made from the same
lightweight material originally designed by NASA for the space shuttle
program"?  Does it have a cute little spoiler on the column? What?  Is it
available aftermarket if I decide I simply can't live without it?

It should show up at the dealer any day now.  I am counting the minutes.
