When I was calling around for A4Qs, Len Stoler Audi in Owings Mills, MD
mentioned that their local upholsterer will replace all door-panel and
armrest cloth with leather.  Presumably, your local guy can order the same
kit.  Check the yellow pages under AUTO UPHOLSTERY.
