Sounds to me like you need to center the shift bay....  pull the boot off the
shift console, loosen 4 allen screws holding the shift bay in.....  Move it
slightly to the left, tighten the screws....  should take about 5 minutes....
  Make sure you can still shift into reverse, the best procedure is to adjust
so that the full right just hits the fifth gear stop...
