I don't have the newsletter here at work, but included in the letter
was an explanation of how one would be voted to the board, tax
status, and financial statement.  I really haven't read it closely,
but the financial statement was very limited, and it would be hard
to make a judgement.  I guess it's a start, however.

Regarding the bushings, I left mine alone, as they were in good
shape.
