'91 200 Q, A/C recharge, how much refrigerent?

Anybody know how much refrigerent these cars require? I had one place say
could get it up to snuff for $100. I had another place say they could do it for
$54.95 + 1-3 lbs. refrigerent @ $43/lb.
So that's either $100 or $97.95-$183.95.
This should be a no-brainer, but the place with the huge range is about a 10
minute bike ride to work after I drop the car off, the other place would probably
take an hour and a half.
