I could probably handle it. zk3.dec.com gets its mail through a bank
of dedicated T3 lines and some other assorted stuff. Our throughput
is pretty high.
We use Unix sendmail for this domain, and I personally use Elm for
my mailer (although I have access to xmh and even mush).
