Re - Maintenance time for the Coupe

My 88' 90q (UK) has had similar problems.  My Electric windows and Flashers
both have had intermittent failure problems.

I tracked it down to faulty relays under the dash.  Both the window and
flasher relays had dry solder joints.  One quick touch up with a soldering
iron on both, and all was fine.  :-)  There was no visable joint on the
window relay, but i re-soldered it any way and it cured the problem.  Both
relays are of Seimens  manufacture (coincidence?) and are about 8 years
old.

Hope this works cos' its a cheap and painless fix for a very annoying problem.
