Dash Noise, II

Hello All,

Well, I think that I have excluded RF noise as the cause of the
problem....still might be vacuum, or hydraulic??

It doesn't seem to be a vacuum leak since the hvac stuff still functions
after sitting overnite and still works the vacuum motors w/o starting the
engine.

The strange part to me is the speed factor...like mcintyre has stated, 70-75
is a critical speed for this problem to occur and it is definately throttle
position sensitive.  After dealing with this for two years now, I want to
solve this.
