RFI - Extended Warranty

Hey Y'all,

I bought my current '89 200TQ about a month ago.  Today I received an offer
of an extended warranty from:

Warranty Corporation
One Warranty Plaza
4400 Government Blvd.
Mobile, AL

Anyone know anything about this outfit?  They are offering an extended
warranty on my car.

Features:

Unlimited mileage

Coverage specifically mentioned:

Engine: All internally lubricated parts including: pistons and rings; rods
and bearings; camshaft and bearings; valves, pushrods and lifters; engine
head, block and cylinders if damaged as a result of failure of covered
components; oil pan; flywheel, valve covers, engine mounts, intake and
exhaust manifolds; oil pump; distributor shaft, distributor gear,
distributor bushing; timing gear chains.

Transmission:  All internally lubricated parts including:  clutches, bands,
pumps; internal shafts; thrust washers and bearings; governor; torque
converter; accumulator assemblies; servo, transmission mounts, shift
linkage; all gears, synchrohub assemblies; input shaft; and case if damaged
as a result of failure of covered components.

Electrical:  Starter, alternator, generator, voltage regulator, trunk lid
motor, windshield washer pump, the wiper motors, starter solenoid.

Suspension:  Upper and lower control arms, wheel bearings and wheel
bushings, upper ball joints, lower ball joints.

Instrumentation:  Speedometer, tachometer, temperature gauge, oil pressure
gauge, ampere gauge.

Noticeable by their absence are any mention of the turbo, throttle body, etc.

This coverage is offered at approximately $150/yr.  They have my correct VIN
and purchase mileage.

What do you think?  Is it worth the price?  Is the company legit?  Any
experiences to relate?  Your advice?  How about something from our legal
department?

BTW, I've been hearing a whine from the tranny and noises sounding a lot
like a possible exhaust manifold leak.
