Coupe Windows Problem Update

Hi all...

Well, I took the door apart and found what made the loud *CRACK* when I put the window up - A small 
green pulley in the routing of the regulator cable. 

What are the chances of this part being replaceable? It looks like it is integral to some larger components. 
I'd hate to spend a lot of $$$ for a $.07 part... Plus, the cable is very tight and I don't know how to get it 
over a new pulley and maintain tension.

Has anyone had this happen before? This pulley was the closest one to the lock button on the edge of the 
door....

I'd appreciate any input, as Bentley doesn't have much to say about cabling and the window system...
