a/c condenser pressure test

Just finished tig welding a crack in my a/c condenser and
I was wondering what is the max pressure I should test it to.
I will be using an argon tank with a regulator capable
of supplying 400 psi. 

Does the condenser see the full 250 psi during operation?
How about the evaporator and accumulator?
Is the diagram in the Bentley on page 87.20 for 84-88 5000s
accurate with respect to high and low pressure?

Just want to be certain the leak is fixed before I bring it for
a charge($$visa$$).
