After a day of stuggling with Windows 95 hardware profiles on a new
laptop I didn't think anything would make me laugh.  
Most of the man-made faults appear to have been introduced either
in the design stage or at the factory.  I don't think dealer servicing
is going to have a big effect on that.  Factories, I should say.  Gotta
include ZF and Bosch and Hella in there.
