Assuming you have the "modular" Thule setup (the bar is separate
from the feet, and the clamp-downs are separate), everything is easy.
The locks are replaceable. You buy a new set of (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.)
that are keyed alike, and the set comes with a "pull-out" key.
You use it to pull each old cylinder out, then drop the new ones in.
10 seconds each cylinder, tops.
There are adapters for carrying almost anything. I have 2 different
kinds of bike holders: 1 old upside-down saddle-and-handlerbar clamp,
and 2 new rightside-up wheel tray racks with down tube clamps. They
are pricey ($95), but worth it.
