If this is an old Thule rack, you may NOT be able to pull the lock cylinders
out.  Thule used to sell knobs with non-removable locks built in. (I've got a
set.)  Check with your local Thule dealer.  They should be able to tell you if
you can replace them.  Another alternative is to try to get a new key from
Thule.  The key code should be imprinted on each of the cylinders.

BTW, if anyone's interested I've got a set of 4 Thule feet and clamps
(w/locking knobs mentioned above) for cars w/rain gutters.  I used them on
my '86 4KS.
