It sounds like it may work OK.  In theory, it would give
a "Ned-like" performance mod.  That is ignition advance
"all over" and increase boost cutoff.  This is good.
In practice I was conerned about the check valve, needed to
preserve idle performance, and the linearity of the
device.  Gases are different than electrons, and you
may get some non-linear responce.  This wouldn't be terrible,
cause the retard curve isn't linear either, but it would be
wise to study it first.
