Couldn't recall if there were washers with the fuel hose connection, as I
was primarily an assistant with the fuel pump replacement, but a quick
look at the (Haynes) manual shows two copper washers, one between bolt and
supply line, and one between supply line and the sender top.  Could be the
cause of the leakage problem if one of these is missing.  I'll see if I
can find out how tight we cranked ours... definitely no leaks after 300+
miles :) and I'll give 'ya a completely subjective estimate ;)
