I use a similar setup but attach the air hose from the reservoir to a bottle
that holds an extra pint of brake fluid ... the air hose on that bottle goes
to the end of my blow-gun and is held on by a small hose clamp.  This way, I
can turn the pressure on-and-off while still under the car and don't have to
crawl out from underneath it after doing each wheel to refill the reservoir.

A bit more involved to assemble but worth the effort if you're bleeding your
brakes as often as I am...
