HELP: can't get max boost after new timing belt - 5kcstq

I would definitely look at the timing set up of the belt.

It's easy to do, just take your upper timing belt cover off (don't know if there
are belts in the way so that you can't get it off, you just need to see the
timing mark).

Then put a 1 1/16" socket (or the metric equiv. if you have it) on the crank
shaft bolt. Drive this bolt in the clockwise position until you get the timing
mark on the cam sproket just about lined up. Then use a flashlight and check the
timing mark on the flywheel/bell housing. It's easy to figure out if it is on or
off one tooth.

You might want to remove the spark plugs to make a lot easier.
