Doors

I should probably check the archives for this question, but here goes:

3 of 4 of my doors on my 84 4KQ don't work.  The drivers door works, but 
the front passenger door has to be opened by first holding down the lever 
and then pulling really hard.  One rear door does not open at all, and 
the other only opens from the inside.  How do I fix these?
