How to change oil in A4?

Hello All,

  I have my A4 for two month and accumulated 3K miles
on it. Now it's about time to change the oil. I got
the car onto the ramp, I went underneath the car, the
bottom of the engine bay is covered by a large piece
of plastic. I unscrewed 6 metal bolts that hold the
plastic part (best way to remove these bolts is using
a coin). I thought the plastic piece should just come
off, but it's not. I am not sure what else is holding
it. I am afraid if I force it out, I might just break
something.

  Could someone out there shed some light on me? Is
there a service manual that I can purchase for the
A4.
