The honeymoon's over.

I've had the A4Q for two weeks, and that apparently was long enough.  Went to
DC for coffee, stopped by the Lincoln Memorial on the way back, and they
smashed the passenger window to steal my friend's purse.

I figure I'll save some labor replacing the trim myself (they pried it to
break the glass).  I know, call Linda at Carlsen.  But how do you take that
stuff off?  I've never done it.. how/where is it attached?  Do I need special
tools?  As I've just learned, there are no Bentleys for the '96 A4s yet, and
I'm not shelling out $375 for the shop manuals just yet.
