Take two: window guide?

I didn't hear anything back last time...

The front passenger window was smashed on my 96 A4Q.  I'm getting the glass
done professionally (I'm smart that way). However, the window guide - the
rubber-n-metal around the window - needs to be replaced too, since they pried
it to smash the window.

Has anyone ever replaced theirs?  How does it come off?
