I added a Sony CD changer to my Audi/Bose stereo in my '90 Audi 200. It   
works by feeding the signal through the radio antenna and has a control   
unit you can use inside the car. You tune to a certain frequency to get   
the CD on the radio. I suppose there is a compromise in sound quality by   
feeding the signal through the radio, but it still sounds very good.
