S4 Relay Gremlin exorcised!

Well, after much searching, the problem turned out to be the central-locking
control module.  It's an easy fix, but the module costs about $300.

After replacing this module, you have to reprogram all the keys, and I
replaced the battery (it got run flat a few times too many <g>), but it
wasn't as much a horror as I feared.  I had nightmares of tracing endlessly
through the wiring harness looking for shorts......

I just thought I'd pass this solution in case the gremlin moves in with
somebody else.  After all, car problems are never actually _cured_, you just
chase them off and send them in search of a new host.
