Hi,

I have been looking for information about the control electronics for the digital
dash and trip computer and my research so far has led to total confusion with
answers ranging from "it has a Z80 processor", which I can't find, through "it's
an non-standard ASIC" all the way to "it's an analogue system"!  Does anyone
have a block diagram for the digital dash to get me started?

The reason for the research was to asses the feasibility of using a current generation
processor to improve the functionality, and accuracy of the trip computer.  Anyone got
any ideas?
