dont import them because they reportedly sucked.  I dont know why but for some 
reason I heard that the Bilstien's were not tuned well for the 4kq.  I think 
maybee ned told me this.

Bilstein DOES make a rear shock for the Audi quattros (including
4k/5k/100/200, etc), but for some reason, they don't import/sell them in the
US.  don't know why.  if you can get a Euro catalog...  :)  otoh, according
to the repair fiche, the '91 200q (and V8) rear suspension is unique to the
US.  don't know what this means; i'm sure its not simple.
