Was reading an article in the WSJ this week (maybe last week) which said that
the new "Taxpayer Bill of Rights" (yeh, right) recently signed into law had much
tougher financial disclosure provisions for tax-exempt organizations.  Anybody
look into this as it relates to QCUSA financials?
