Scott's Q's

Not unless it has the needed controls on it.

Nope. But *unless* you have a mighty hot-shot set of aftermarket
speakers, I personally think the sound will be about as good as a
direct-wired system. (Flame suit ON!! Before flaming, please note
qualifying phrase following the word "unless" in preceding
sentence...)

It requires separate amps built into each speaker. And it is not as
good as decent aftermarket speakers. DO NOT DO IT. Without the
speakers and amps, sound would be a whisper, because it outputs at
roughly line level, not amplified for speakers. You can do much better
for less money with conventional stereo stuff.

a) Yes; see archives. b) Yes; see archives. c) Yes; see archives.
d) Yes; More money but best fix. Second-best fix is to add driving
lights on a relay so you can kick them on with your high beams
when you want them. e) No, not as far as I know.
