Schaumburg Throttle Body Mod... What is it?

Apologies if there is an FAQ for this.

I'm the happy new owner of a black A4Q (750 miles).  I have a few questions
about the Schaumburg Throttle Body Mod.  All I know is that it's a performance
enhancement.

1)  What exactly is it?  What gets installed/modified on the car?
2)  What is the performance boost?  HP?  0-60 times?
3)  What is the cost?
4)  Is the dealer Schaumburg Audi in Schaumburg, IL on Golf Rd.?  I live in
    Chicago and this dealer is 45 minutes from me.
