please do! this, i'm sure will be used by other unfortunate type 44Q owners.
since you are soliciting suggestions, i can offer one from my own experience.
audi, in it's infinite wisdom, has the throwout bearing riding on a piece
(of sh*t) plastic. a later version of this part is made of steel. since yours
is newer, it may already have the metal part. be sure to spend the $10 or so
to replace the plastic part, if that's what you have, so that the bearing
doesn't weld itself to the guide some day. the part is available at IPC last
i checked.
this little item cost me thousands and cost my parents nearly a week while
they waited for parts and service in the middle of east bumf**k, nowhere.
(i'll give you a hint - the casey jones railroad museum was the tourist
highlight)
of course the repair shop assumed clutch replacement and didn't find this
gem of engineering genius until they had ordered and received clutch parts
and then removed the tranny.
