4KcsQ Elec. Problem
If the diagnosis is right, and a slipping belt is the culpret, then
the pully's are in dire need of resurfacing, or roughing up!
When a belt slips, it will "polish" the steel pulley's to an almost
chrome like finish!! Which will cause even a new belt to slip,
especially when wet. Solution-- use a course grit sandpaper and rough
up both the crank and altenator pulley's. It will help the belts last
longer(not glaze) and it wont slip as easily, (especially wet)
