'90 Coupe q - springs/ shocks - was there an answer?

Hi all,

A few weeks ago There was discussion of suspension parts for the coupes. I am going to buy a spring/ shock set in the next week and I'm looking for recomendations. I would like the car a LITTLE lower, no 1 1/2" drops, maybe 1/2 - 3/4... I would like to keep close to the factory ride, just a hai firmer. I don't want to be pounded into the ground and pay everyday for the little bit of fun I have when I get to play in the corners.

Any help is appreciated.

Also, I'm going to get a new set of tires. Monetary constraints require I keep the original speedlines, so I have been looking at 15" tires. I currently have Yoko 509s. These seem pretty good. Nice and sticky, but with pretty bad treadwear. I am looking very seriously at Dunlop d60 A2s in the ubiquitous 205/60HR15. Anyone have experience with these and/ or recomendations for tires?
