IMHO, spend the extra $2000 and get the A6 Quattro. I "settled" for a 100S
FWD (aka A6), vintage '92, and although I am very happy with it, I am
wishing I was able to get it as a Q. Granted, I recently went to Lime Rock,
and was very impressed with how well the FWD handled around the track (and
BTW, so was the instructor, who only had driven quattros...), but from the
rides I took in the Quattros, and from what "everyone" says about how great
they are, my next one will be a Quattro.

If I were in your shoes, and had the choice (I was not faced with a choice,
since I bought mine used, and as we all know, late-model used Quattros are
hard to come by....), I'd spend the extra $2k.

 Just my $.02.
