Clutch Bleeding - 89 200 TBQ

I need to bleed my clutch and have the following questions:

 1) Do you bleed it the same way you bleed the brakes. ie. Pump the clutch pedal
    and hold down while releasing the bleeding valve on the master cylinder?
    ...how about the slave cylinder?

 2) The manual says to pressure bleed; however I have never seen this done. How
    do you pressure bleed? Do you need some piece of expensive equipment?

 3) Are there pitfalls to the pedal pump and valve release method of bleeding?
    I have been told that using this method forces the pistons too far, causing
    the seals to brake.
