The ONLY way to do it is by pressure bleeding.  It is a real PITA to undo
the bleeder valve on the slave...at least on my car ('88 90).  I gave up
on trying to bleed the damn thing and plan on having it done by my
mechanic; the valve is in such a terrible spot.  This might be different
on your car...

There is a way to construct a pressure bleeder with a spare cap, a schrader
valve, and a compressed air tank.  Just be sure you don't put too much air
into the reservoir; I think 20-25 PSI should probably be the max...
