You are not missing a lot. Ned is great, no problem there, but the 'tech articles' tend to the very basic and I think the level of expertise and information available here totally overwhelms the articles in QC1/4. All strictly IMFO, of course,

I hear that Ned Ritchie writes technical articles that are published in the
QCUSA newsletter, and that some people join just to be sure they get this info.
Not being a member, I wonder what I am missing.
Assuming I am missing something, are back issues or reprints available?
