I am not familiar with your car, but I often reuse the clips.
The only time that I bought one separately it took a day or
two to come in and cost about $6 from the dealer. So if
you are going to replace all four clips it is cheaper to buy
the kits. I doubt that the clips are going to be a problem.
Do replace the axle nut, $3 at the dealer, $1 or so elsewhere.
